The area of Bielawska Economic Subzone has a very good location, and is well equipped and communicated. Investment area with a total area of 12 hectares is located directly on the provincial road No 384 – Dzierżoniowska Street (single carriageway, three-lane asphalted). Direct access is provided by Grunwaldzka Street (road with a capacity of 115 kN / axle).

An additional benefit there is the immediate vicinity of the southern bypass of Dzierżoniów, the construction of which shall begin shortly. The road will facilitate transortation to Świdnica and the A 4 highway, as well as, to Ząbkowice Śląskie and national road no. 8.

The real estate parcels create a compact area of a regular shape. The maximum slope of the land does not exceed 2 % . In the Local Development Plan and the Urban Planning the area is designed for industrial activity All utilities - electricity, water, gas, telephone network, sanitary sewage and rainwater systems are located in a lane of the road no. 384 (on the opposite side to the parcel location). The number of currently available media is sufficient to start new investments. For production activity, after identifying of investor's needs, it is necessary to ensure media of a higher standards.
